"If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ" - I Peter 4:11

The mission of the Latin America ChildCare Sponsorship Care Office is to enable caring people to bring hope to needy children. Accomplishing this mission requires a sincere commitment on the part of every staff member to serve both our donors and field personnel.

In light of this fact we commit ourselves to:

· Viewing our work as an opportunity to serve God’s purposes in our world

· Maintaining the credibility of the outreach by honoring the commitments made to our donors

· Prayer for all those who make the ministry possible and for the children and their families who receive ministry

· Treating every person who contacts us with respect and appreciation for their partnership in the ministry

· Regular communication with those we serve in all areas of mutual interest

· Providing detailed procedures for sponsorship activities that are clear and reasonable

· Facilitating the process of correspondence in such a way as to minimize turnaround time

· A timely and accurate response to all inquiries and requests for information

Partnership

...through love serve one another.  Galatians 5:13

In order for the Sponsorship Care Office to fulfill its role in the ministry, close cooperation must exist with all field offices. In reality it is the Sponsorship Care Office and the field offices that partner together to serve donors.

Sponsorship will not succeed long-term where a bond has not been established between the sponsor and his or her child. To a large extent, the formation of this bond is dependent on the level of service all those working in the day-to-day details of sponsorship provide.

It is anticipated that field offices will commit themselves to:

· Viewing sponsorship fulfillment as an opportunity to serve those brothers and sisters in Christ who are investing in the ministry

· Maintaining the credibility of the outreach by honoring the commitments we have made to our donors

· Regular and timely communication regarding new students, withdrawals* and graduations

· A timely response to all requests from the Sponsorship Care Office

· Facilitating the process of correspondence in such a way as to minimize turnaround time

· Complete all special mailing projects within the established deadlines
